Returns & Exchanges


  Quality is our highest priority, and customer satisfaction goes with it hand in hand.

Our guarantee:
We guarantee that our merchandise is free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for exchange or store credit.

Within 24 hours of original purchase:
J. Barton Clothiers offers a 24 hour approval if the customer is not completely sold on an item. The approval is for regular priced items not sale items. We also have layaway. They put half down and have 30 days to get it out.

Within 10 days of original purchase:
J. Barton Clothiers will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged or defective merchandise for exchange or issue a merchandise credit. Original merchandise credit must be accompanied by the receipt from time of purchase. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

After 10 days of original purchase:
Sales after 10 days of original purchase are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all sale items are final.

Exchanges and credits for mail orders:
J. Barton Clothiers will handle each mail order on an individual basis.

Placing an order by mail or by fax
Click here to view and print an order form. Please mail the completed form to J. Barton Clothiers, 23501 Cinco Ranch Boulevard #B120, Katy, Texas 77494. If placing an order by credit card, you may fax a completed order form to (281) 392-7501.

Sales tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for all orders.

Charging your credit card
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Multiple shipments
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
